I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor in Oklahoma and the founder of On Target Counseling & Wellness Services, LLC, a practice dedicated to helping individuals and couples achieve lasting transformation. Using evidence-based approaches—including CBT, SFBT, PCT, and EMDR—I help clients improve their emotional well-being, relationships, and overall quality of life.
In addition to traditional therapy, On Target offers EMDR intensives (half-day, full-day, or customized retreat formats) and BrainTap brain-entrainment sessions designed to accelerate healing and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
For professionals and organizations, I also provide coaching and consulting services focused on leadership, performance, and productivity. Clinical supervision is available for post-graduate clinicians pursuing Oklahoma licensure.
